Contentify ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and Figma plugin.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to operate this service:

• Category request submissions — if you submit the category request form, we collect only the category name, the market you selected, and any details you type. The form has no name or email field, so submissions reach us without contact details attached unless you include them yourself in the details box.
• Usage data — page views, referrer, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics sets cookies and assigns a pseudonymous identifier to your browser, which allows returning visits to be recognised.

We do not collect account information or payment details, and we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to category requests or support inquiries you send us.
• To understand general usage patterns and improve the product.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Generated Data

All data generated by Contentify — including names, addresses, ID numbers, phone numbers, photos, and other personal details — is entirely synthetic and fictitious. It does not represent any real person, living or dead. We do not store any data generated during your session.

4. Cookies

This website uses analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4 (the _ga family of cookies) to measure page views and distinguish returning visitors. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run ad networks or retargeting.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use any part of the site.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Vercel — website hosting. Vercel may collect standard server log data (IP address, request time) in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
• Figma — our plugin runs within the Figma platform and is subject to Figma's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — used to serve the Geist typeface. Google may log font requests per their Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics 4 — used to measure site traffic. Google processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
• EmailJS — used to deliver category request form submissions to our inbox. Anything you type into that form passes through EmailJS's servers, subject to their Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry. We do not maintain long-term databases of user-submitted information.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at stylishfrancis@gmail.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Contentify is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
